Job summary

PPOAR in Las Vegas is hiring a Bilingual Interpreter to join our team. The role requires real-time interpretation between English and Spanish, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Job description

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Interpreter to join our team in Las Vegas.

As a language expert you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely interpretation services for clients who speak both English and Spanish. This position requires fluency in both languages as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in real-time. Experience in interpretation is preferred but we are open to hiring freshers who are passionate about language and have a strong desire to learn. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide simultaneous interpretation during meetings, conferences and other events
• Accurately convey messages between English and Spanish speakers
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
• Research specialized terminology and topics as needed
• Complete administrative tasks related to interpretation assignments

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish written and verbal
• Previous experience as an interpreter preferred
• Strong communication skills including the ability to convey complex information accurately
• Knowledge of specialized terminology related to the profession or industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
• Excellent time management skills
• Professionalism and cultural sensitivity
