Job summary

Performance Energy Services, LLC seeks a highly skilled Bilingual International/Offshore Safety Representative to ensure safety protocols on offshore activities. You will implement and sustain the Managing Safe Work process (MSW) and related standards, ensuring compliance with HSE regulatory requirements to prevent significant injuries.

The role involves collaboration with HSER team members, incident investigation, contractor management, and participation in audits and safety engagements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 7–10 years oil & gas experience or equivalent on-the-job training.
• AA degree or equivalent preferred; 6 months to 1 year related experience acceptable.
• 10+ years’ experience preferred, especially in drilling and completions.

Responsibilities

• Support MSW standards implementation for offshore operations and related corporate standards.
• Develop/integrate MSW standards as needed to support the business unit.
• Assist in preventing significant incidents by guiding process compliance with HSE regulations.
• Collaborate with OE advisors for incident investigation and reporting, contractor management, and regulatory compliance.
