Job summary

Confie Insurance Agency is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto policies to new and existing customers on-site in Hammond, LA. You will drive sales, solicit new business, and nurture relationships to exceed production goals.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish communication and a High School Diploma or GED; license is preferred but not required. Comprehensive benefits, training, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet goals.
• Accurately record currency transactions and deposit documents in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
