Job summary

Priority Insurance & Tax pros in San Antonio, TX is seeking a motivated bilingual Insurance Sales Agent / Account Representative. This sales-focused role also handles customer service, policy management, renewals, and ongoing client support.

Responsibilities include generating new business, quoting and selling policies across carriers, following up to close sales, maintaining client records, and processing changes and renewals.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous insurance sales experience required.
• Must hold or be eligible for a Limited Lines license.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and proactive sales efforts.
• Quote and sell insurance policies based on client needs and budget.
• Work with multiple carriers to compare coverage and find competitive rates.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Process new policies, endorsements, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Follow up on outstanding policy payments and billing issues.
• Monitor upcoming renewals and contact clients to retain business.
• Review existing policies for additional coverage or better pricing.
• Communicate with clients and carriers regarding policy questions and changes.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the life of each policy.
• Meet individual and office sales and fee-production goals.
