Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach sales team to deliver a standard of customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to meet targets and monitor performance.
• Handle escalated customer service issues.
• Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
