A-MAX Insurance in Texas is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent for an in-office role. You will assist customers with new policies, edits, renewals, and inquiries while developing a client base through local marketing efforts.

The position offers training, licensing cost coverage, and ongoing support. Bilingual Spanish/English helpful, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay through hourly wages plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, renewals, and inquiries.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking and local marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks and handle policy renewals and underwriting communications.
• Coordinate daily activities and support office operations.
