Job summary

Sigo Seguros in Texas is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Agent to convert qualified prospects into customers and drive revenue. You will manage a prioritized pipeline and move opportunities from first contact to closed won using phone, text, and email.

You are a persuasive communicator, coachable on scripts, and motivated by hitting targets. The role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on serving underserved communities with an inclusive insurance experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Property & Casualty as required.
• Experience in phone-based sales (insurance or financial services preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English with strong verbal persuasion.
• Comfortable in quota-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound sales via phone, text, and email — converting qualified leads into happy customers.
• Build trust fast through clear, empathetic communication and product knowledge.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
• Master objection-handling frameworks for price, timing, and coverage comparisons.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to process improvements.
• Act as a brand ambassador for an inclusive, transparent insurance experience.
