Job summary

Amtex Insurance seeks a bilingual Commercial and Homeowner Agent in Houston, TX. The role focuses on identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans, managing client portfolios, and overseeing policy renewals and claims tracking.

The candidate will respond to client questions, build relationships through networking and referrals, and perform administrative duties. A Property & Casualty license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with team and clients.
• Ability to analyze, negotiate and compile customer renewals.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities for insurance plans and oversee a portfolio of clients, identifying risk management strategies, handling policy renewals, and tracking claims.
• Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
