Lansing Building Products is seeking a showroom associate in Knoxville to greet customers, answer inquiries, and process orders with a focus on accurate quotes and knowledgeable service.

You will handle calls, build quotes, and maintain product knowledge across our exterior building materials. This role requires bilingual Spanish, strong communication, and a willingness to assist in warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of building principles and products is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answer inquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and other exterior building products.
• Provide exceptional service with in-depth knowledge of Lansing's products and services.
• Fill customer orders using the inventory system and maintain inventory control.
• Assist in the warehouse, including loading and unloading materials as needed.
