Job summary

Kïdo International Preschool is hiring a bilingual Infant Lead Teacher for ages 6 weeks to 18 months in Austin, TX. The role focuses on creating developmentally appropriate learning experiences, providing nurturing care, and building strong relationships with children and families.

Lead Teacher Responsibilities

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences using our rich curriculum and your own creativity
• Provide responsive care and individualized support in a nurturing infant classroom environment

Minimum Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool or infant classroom setting
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR
• CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience OR
• 2–3 years of Montessori experience
