Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Flexible schedule and overtime availability as needed.
• Knowledge of telecom services (Video, Internet, Voice, Mobile).
• Experience using multiple software applications simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls as the first point of contact for customers.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities while resolving issues in real time.
• Explain products and services to customers to retain and re-sell.
• Master order processing within the billing system for retained accounts and new sales.
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction while meeting performance metrics.
