Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical estimating experience in commercial and/or industrial sectors.
• Fluent user of McCormick Systems Estimating software.
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers during preconstruction.
