Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks caring Home and Community Based Therapists to join our New York team. Under supervision, HCBT Clinicians provide services to clients in-home, following policy and evidence-based practices to address behavioral health needs of children, youth, and families.

We emphasize strength-based interventions, collaboration with families, and a flexible schedule with some afternoon/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in NY state required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings preferred.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.—no visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide services and care to patients in accordance with agency policies.
• Collaborate with clients to access core strengths and promote best self.
• Deliver strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to treat behavioral health needs.
