Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team and help improve the mental wellness of youth and families through in-home therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders and autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapy in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with families and coordinate supervision for licensure.
• Support licensed clinicians and participate in ongoing professional development.
