Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Special Education Teacher to provide individualized in-home instruction to children with autism and developmental disabilities in the New York area. This direct-in-home service role supports families and schools with culturally responsive ABA-informed education.

The candidate will hold a Master’s in Special Education, NYS SPED certification, and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong data collection, IEP goal implementation, and

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Special Education or related field required.
New York State Certified Special Education Teacher (SWD) is required.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required; additional languages welcome.
Proficiency in data collection, progress monitoring, and IEP goal implementation.
