Maytag Water Treatment Systems is expanding throughout the Tampa Bay market, seeking experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) in-home sales representatives who can connect with homeowners, deliver a compelling presentation, and close.

We provide pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments daily. Your role is to present our whole-home water treatment systems, demonstrate value, and close deals for a commission-only role with fast 7–10 day pay.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• In-home or outside sales experience strongly preferred.
• High-ticket closing experience is a major plus.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Confident handling objections face-to-face.
• Competitive and motivated by commission.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a territory.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments.
• Meet directly with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Conduct professional in-home water evaluations.
• Demonstrate Maytag Water Treatment Systems.
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present purchasing and financing options.
• Handle objections and close sales.
• Follow up with customers and manage your territory.
• Generate referrals and additional business from your customer base.
