Job summary

Assisting Hands - Pasco is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support elderly and disabled clients in Pasco County, Florida. You will perform personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship to help clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work with male and female clients.
• Must pass Level II Background Check and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for elderly and/or disabled adults.
• Perform personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Monitor client safety and provide supervision.
• Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, dishes).
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and support for personal goals.
• Provide friendly medication reminders.
