Job summary

At Your Side Home Care Services- Willowbrook is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/HHA/CNA in Houston, TX. The role involves providing in-home care, assisting with daily activities, transportation, medication administration, meal prep, and maintaining a safe living environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be bilingual (Spanish & English), hold a valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance, and reside in Northwest Houston.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or in a related field.
• Must reside in Northwest Houston (Spring, Klein, Tomball, Cypress, Jersey Village, Willowbrook, Champion Forest, Cy-Fair).
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as transferring clients.
• Must have own vehicle with insurance and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands
• Administering medication as needed
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to our clinical team
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families

Skills
