Bighorn Law seeks a passionate immigration attorney with 5+ years of experience to represent individuals before USCIS and EOIR. This role blends remote work with in-office collaboration in Escondido, CA and surrounding areas.

The position offers a competitive total compensation of $100,000–$140,000, including base salary and bonuses, with a full-time schedule and flexible hybrid arrangements. Office hours roughly 8:30 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law.
• Experience representing individuals before USCIS and EOIR.
• Ability to work in a hybrid structure with in-office and remote days.

Our law firm is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and talented attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law and representation of individuals seeking immigration benefits before USCIS and EOIR.

This is a hybrid position where you work from home most days and work from the Escondido, CA, office up to 3 times a week.
