Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Bilingual Service Center Specialist II to join our Employee Service Center (ESC) in Orlando, FL or Atlanta, GA. You will deliver exceptional HR support via phone and digital channels, logging inquiries as tickets, and providing timely resolution with first-contact accuracy.

The role emphasizes professional customer care, ownership of cases, and adherence to SLAs across multiple time zones, using AI-assisted tools and secure handling of confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 3 years' related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with urgency.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and digital communications to the ESC.
• Create and document cases, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Follow case management guidelines and ensure timely, accurate updates.
• Escalate time-sensitive inquiries to Senior Specialists or Managers when needed.
• Research and resolve general HR, payroll, benefits, and leave inquiries.
• Proactively follow up, inform customers of status, close tickets in ServiceNow.
