Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified applicants with department managers.
• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administers HR programs including disciplinary matters, performance and morale initiatives, safety, and training.
• Handles employment-related inquiries and participates in disciplinary meetings and investigations.
• Performs other duties as needed.
