Position Summary:

As the Housekeeping Manager (aka "Housekeeping Optimization Officer" & “Efficiency Champion”), you're not merely overseeing a team—you're molding Housekeeping Heroes. Your tech-savviness and love for automation will take our cleaning checklists from good to revolutionary. Your mission is simple but crucial: Ensure every guest space shines with the brilliance of a five-star review, and that your team is working at maximum efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Housekeeping Heroes to deliver exceptional cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain five-star luxury standards across all guest spaces.
  • Optimize housekeeping systems by embracing technology and implementing process improvements.
  • Manage schedules, purchasing, inventory, and stock to ensure efficient resource management.
  • Monitor and control labor costs to stay within budget while maintaining quality.
  • Build a positive, results-driven team culture that fosters growth and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar housekeeping management role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite and other tech tools, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and manage your team effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Operations Expertise: Knowledge of scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and stock management.
  • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
