Qualifications

• Prior hotel engineering experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong HVAC skills and knowledge.
• Strong understanding of PM Programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct all property maintenance and engineering operations.
• Maintain the physical plant, guest rooms, and public spaces.
• Design and execute scheduled maintenance programs.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate engineering staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Assist with annual capital planning and manage vendor contracts.
