Job summary

Community Memorial Healthcare in Ventura, CA seeks a Concierge to promote safety, service excellence and hospitality. You will greet, screen, and guide visitors, acting as a liaison between patients and Admitting staff.

The role collaborates with Admitting, Valet, Auxiliary and Security teams, using mobile devices to fulfill service requests. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in guest relations, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and holds a high school diploma or GED; a related degree

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of guest relations/customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to operate mobile devices and computers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field.
  • Four years of guest relations/customer service experience.
  • Multi-language skills including English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge services to guests in hospital lobbies and public areas.
  • Greet, screen, and navigate visitors entering the hospital.
  • Serve as a conduit between patients and Admitting staff or service lines.
  • Collaborate with Admitting, Valet, Auxiliary and Security teams.
  • Utilize mobile devices to facilitate service requests.
