Job summary

Central Florida Care Group Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide or CNA to provide one-on-one in-home care under an established care plan. Positions available Part Time, Full Time, and Contract across central Florida, including Lakeland.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include routine elderly and disability care, monitoring client status, assisting with personal care, and caregiver

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.
• 2 yrs experience in home care or related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Updated CEUs.
• Must have a smartphone to input notes.
• Clear Level 2 Background Check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s status.
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Provide companion and homemaking care.
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones.
• Ensure client’s safety.
