We offer $15–$20 per hour (based on experience and case needs), 12+ hour shifts in East Orlando, flexible weekday & weekend schedules, paid mileage between clients, incentive pay for short shifts & complex cases, and time-and-a-half on

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification required.
• 2 to 3 years of caregiving/personal care experience.
• Valid FL driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Level II background screening.
• CPR, HIV/Bloodborne Pathogens, Alzheimer’s/Dementia certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care / ADL support — bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and repositioning.
• Light meal prep as needed.
• Maintain a professional, respectful environment.
