Job summary

Right at Home Northwest Houston is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Caregiver to support clients in Katy, Cypress, and Tomball. You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, and emotional support according to a plan of care, with a focus on dignity and safety.

The role offers flexible scheduling, weekend differential pay, and opportunities for training and growth. A valid driver’s license and communication in two languages are preferred to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in personal care, caregiving, or a related field.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services (hygiene, ambulation/transfer, dressing, meals) according to an established plan of care.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Assist with daily living activities (grooming, bathing, dressing).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
