Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Hmong Chinese Language Document Reviewer to support in-house litigation efforts. You will contribute to eDiscovery, workflow management, and the preparation of various legal documents for complex cases.

Role requires 3–5 years in litigation support, strong legal research skills, and solid communication with attorneys and clients. Proficiency in document management and office software is essential, with experience in LEXIS/Westlaw preferred.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible litigation support experience (3–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of federal and state courts and legal research.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient with LEXIS and Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Draft responses for post-conviction motions and memorandums for appeals.
• Prepare and process a variety of legal documents (motions, orders, subpoenas, etc.).
• Assist attorneys in trial notebooks, discovery, and document production.
• Assemble exhibits, affidavits, and organize files for disposition.
