fivesgroup is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to efficiently operate excavators, bulldozers, off-road trucks, stabilizers, and tractors with pans on our construction projects in Monroe, LA. The role collaborates with project Superintendents and the operations team to deliver work aligned with the company’s vision.

This full-time position requires travel, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check. Reports to the Project Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, off-road trucks, stabilizers and tractors with pans.
• Coordinate with project Superintendent and operations team to align with the schedule.
• Support construction of structures, roads, subdivisions, plants and other facilities.
