Alignment Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated bilingual Health Coach & Educator to provide in-home support, wellness coaching, and health education to members in Maricopa County, Arizona. This field-based role involves building trusted relationships with members, caregivers, and families while helping individuals adopt healthier habits and improve overall well-being.

Qualifications

• > In-home wellness coaching and health education to members.
• > Travel to assigned territory for daily visits.
• > Bilingual Spanish required (written, reading, speaking).
• > Minimum 1+ year of wellness health coach or educator experience.
• > Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• > Ability to work independently and remotely when needed.
• > Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• > Knowledge of health, wellness, nutrition, exercise, and behavior change principles.

Alignment Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated Bilingual Health Coach & Educator to provide in-home support, wellness coaching, and health education to members throughout Maricopa County, Arizona.

In this highly field-based role, you'll build trusted relationships with members, caregivers, and families while helping individuals adopt healthier habits, access community resources, and improve their overall well-being. • *Applicants must be comfortable conducting daily in-home visits and traveling throughout Fresno, CA. Provide wellness coaching and health education to support behavior change and healthier lifestyles.
• Connect members with community resources and social services.
• Deliver health education materials to members, caregivers, and families.
• Primarily field-based role with daily local travel.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST.
• Mileage reimbursement provided from door-to-door travel.
• Bilingual Spanish, must be able to write, read, speak
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a wellness health coach or educator
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of health, wellness, nutrition, exercise, and behavior change principles.
• Bachelor's degree
