Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
• Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently to complete projects on schedule while ensuring quality.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Gutter Installers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity installing gutters on both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-conscious, comfortable working at heights, and enjoys working outdoors as part of a team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install seamless gutter systems on residential and commercial buildings.
• Climb ladders and work safely at heights of up to three stories using proper fall protection and safety equipment.
• Measure, cut, fabricate, and install sheet metal and gutter materials.
• Operate hand tools and other equipment required for gutter installation.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently to complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with gutter installation, roofing, construction, sheet metal, or a related trade is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to work well as part of a diverse team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but are not required.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Work at heights of up to three stories using appropriate safety equipment.

Additional Information

No personal tools or equipment are required. This is a safety-sensitive position. Applicants who hold an OMMA medical marijuana card are not eligible for this role.
