Job summary

Cheil USA is seeking a Group Account Director (English/Korean) to lead multi-disciplinary client portfolios, partner with agency leadership, and advance long-term brand strategies. You will drive growth across Korean-centered business lines while navigating Korean and American cultures, with a focus on high-impact, integrated marketing programs.

You will manage senior client relationships, guide teams through complex campaigns, and help shape Cheil’s cross-functional offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, strategic communication or related field.
• 15+ years integrated advertising agency experience or combination of agency and in-house preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and road-map for the business across disciplines: strategy, creative, media, production, analytics.
• Own and grow relationships with senior clients and agency teams at all levels.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and business growth.
