Job summary

Toyota of Surprise, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and deliver exceptional service in our showroom.

You will engage with visitors, assist with basic information, and route queries to the right team while maintaining a positive, team-oriented demeanor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone or in person to find the support they’re looking for and route them promptly to the appropriate team member.
• Provide world-class customer service experiences to dealership customers and visitors.
• Operate telephone switchboard and enter basic customer demographic information into the sales control system as required.
• Support the dealership sales and service teams during events and busy periods onsite, including non-traditional hours.

Work Environment/ Physical Demands

Will primarily work in a retail automotive sales showroom, and will work with the computer, telephone, and other office equipment as appropriate. May be asked to drive cars on occasion. Light Work- lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
