The successful candidate will possess a B.S. in engineering and 2-5 years of logistics engineering experience. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, reflecting the essential role in optimizing order fulfillment in both e-commerce and retail channels.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, or Supply Chain Engineering.
• 2–5 years in fulfillment, distribution, or logistics engineering.
• E-commerce or omnichannel Distribution Center experience strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean certification, or APICS CSCP/CLTD a plus.
• PMP helpful for capital project roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and improve fulfillment and distribution center operations.
• Map and re-engineer end-to-end order flows.
• Develop engineered labor standards and time studies.
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
• Build and maintain FC dashboards.
