Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Merchandiser to greet customers on the sales floor, help locate products, and direct them to the appropriate parts specialist. You will check in, price, and stock merchandise, keeping displays fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis, with sale signs maintained according to company guidelines.

Responsibilities include executing planograms, updating displays, assisting with stock adjustments and cycle counts, and supporting the store manager in To Do List items.

Qualifications

• Required: Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences, good interpersonal communicational skills, good organizational skills.
• Desired: Previous cashier and/or stocking experience.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise or direct to parts specialists.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep displays clean and fronted daily.
• Make display changes per planograms and maintain sale signs and flyers.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns; complete store To Do List.
• Act as main deterrent to shoplifting and contribute to front-floor security.
