American Pediatric Dental Group – Plantation is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to welcome patients and families. You will manage check-in/check-out, answer phones, and support a busy pediatric dental team in a friendly, efficient manner.

Qualifications include bilingual Spanish/English, a high school diploma, and prior front desk or customer service experience. Dental or medical office experience is preferred; travel between locations may be required.

American Pediatric Dental Group – Plantation is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and create an exceptional experience for every patient and family.

As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play an important role in ensuring each visit is positive, efficient, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with children and families, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule

• Monday & Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience required.
• Experience in a dental, medical, or professional office preferred.
