Job summary

Mental Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time front desk coordinator in Clovis, NM. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain confidential client records in a respectful, HIPAA-compliant environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, bilingual Spanish is strongly encouraged, and you will work Tuesday-Saturday, 9 am–6 pm with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour. Health benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in clients and collect co-pays as applicable.
• Answer phones and direct calls.
• Organize and file client information accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date client records (phone, address, releases, insurance).
• Schedule/reschedule client appointments.
• Process billing and invoice state agencies.
• Assist front-staff with Medicaid verification monthly.
• Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality.
• Ensure regular, on-time attendance.
