Keystone Health in Nebraska is seeking a friendly, organized Bilingual Front Office Staff member to join our dental team. If you enjoy helping patients, thrive in a fast-paced environment and value excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have experience with an EMR in a medical or dental office, strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, and full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fully fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and create a welcoming experience.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Update and maintain accurate patient demographic information.
• Collect patient payments and process transactions.
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Assist with other front office administrative duties as needed.
