Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care based on patient criteria (physicals, psychosocial, educational).
• Complete point-of-care testing and referral forms.
• Transport patients as needed and alert nursing staff for urgent care.
• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, head and chest circumference as needed.
• Perform venous phlebotomy and simple dressings.
• Provide translation services as needed and document care.
