Responsibilities

• Conduct quality-control checks, review completed repairs, identify performance gaps, and provide coaching or training to improve consistency.
• Assist with workflow coordination, technician development, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and vehicle uptime.
• Utilize Fullbay shop management software to review work orders, monitor repair activity, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

A growing fleet maintenance operation is seeking a Bilingual Fleet Supervisor to serve as the primary liaison between upper management and a predominantly Spanish-speaking mechanic team. This individual will be responsible for communicating priorities, enforcing shop standards, improving accountability, and ensuring repairs are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a respected leader with strong mechanical knowledge who can effectively bridge the gap between the office and the shop floor. While hands‑on troubleshooting may occasionally be required, this role is primarily focused on communication, quality control, training, and team oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of communication between management and shop technicians, ensuring expectations, priorities, and policies are clearly understood.
• Hold technicians accountable for workmanship, productivity, safety procedures, and adherence to company standards while helping to foster a positive and professional shop culture.
