You will focus on value-based conversations and delivering remarkable customer experiences, with potential for income growth through base salary plus commission. You will build relationships, educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based review, and pursue licensing for Property & Casualty and Life/Health.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Sales experience and ability to meet sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for insurance products.
• License prerequisites include Property & Casualty and Life & Health (to obtain).
• Must be available 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
