Job summary

FEs (Filed Engineers) effectively address quality issues arising in the market through regional market quality improvement activities (SVC riding, quality improvement, emergency response) and disseminate these findings to each department to support improvement.

• Identify customer pain points through SVC riding, respond on-site, identify areas for improvement, and support product improvement.
• Recover returned parts and deliver them to each business unit for improvement support.
• Quality product quality activities.
• Inspection and analysis of returned products.
• Training of returned product inspectors.
• Conduct warehouse audits to improve warehouse operations.
• Emergency response to quality issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree Quality Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
• Bilingual (Korean-English)

QAULAIFICATIONS

• 5 years of manufacturing quality experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. multiple times a day during a 10 hour shift.
• Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long hours.
