The Restaurant Store is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to represent TRS in the local market area, communicating the benefits of shopping with TRS and supporting branch goals. You will work with sales and leadership to drive field marketing and indirect sales strategies, traveling to meet customers and building relationships with food service operators.

A strong communicator with retail or marketing experience and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or field marketing / sales.
• Food Service Industry experience.
• Experience using MS Office Suite to maintain business-to-business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Communicate TRS value to local customers, including food service operators.
• Plan efficient travel routes to meet local business customers regularly.
• Increase branch sales by converting prospects and re-engaging inactive customers.
• Share customer buying trends and competitor information with the local store.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of available products.
