The role focuses on conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering counseling while ensuring culturally and linguistically responsive care and strong collaboration with schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency to deliver services in clients’ preferred language(s).
• Experience or training in behavioral health assessment, counseling, and treatment planning.
• Strong crisis intervention and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered, family-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments for clients and families.
• Develop and implement family-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and family counseling.
• Provide crisis intervention and support de-escalation as needed.

• Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community partners to support care continuity.
