Santa Rosa Community Health seeks a Staff Family Physician at Lombardi Campus in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a full-time 1.0 FTE with a salary range of $211,660–$255,709 DOE.

The role provides broad primary care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, working within CA license scope and a bilingual team. EMR proficiency (Epic/OCHIN) and collaboration are essential. The clinic emphasizes preventive care in a diverse, Spanish-speaking community.

Qualifications

• Active California license in good standing with the Medical Board of California.
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Establish ongoing primary care relationships with patients on your panel and diagnose within CA license scope.
• Utilize Epic OCHIN EMR with proper signing and inbox management.
• Coordinate referrals with specialists and other care centers.
• Support quality initiatives and improve workflows and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with SRCH providers on care of gender-diverse patients.
• Travel to SRCH clinics/offsite as required and participate in meetings.
