A healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Bradenton, FL. The APRN will provide primary care services, assess and manage patient health conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should have a Master's degree in nursing, an active APRN license in FL, and experience in managing Medicare Advantage patients. Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted APRN license in the state of FL.
• National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in primary health care.
• Prior experience managing Medicare Advantage and/or managed care patients strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Manage care for patients enrolled in Medicare Advantage.
• Perform routine examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention.
