Job summary

MECA Therapies, LLC is seeking a Home Visiting Manager to lead the Home Visiting team across New Mexico locations, ensuring high-quality services and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on coaching staff, improving processes, and maintaining strong family-centered practices.

The ideal candidate balances staff development, coaching, and day-to-day program operations, while collaborating with leadership, HR, and support departments to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, social services, public health, human services, behavioral health, business or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in home visiting, early childhood, healthcare, social services, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ECECD-funded programs, home visiting programs, Parents as Teachers, or similar family-serving programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to Home Visiting staff.
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff; conduct regular meetings for guidance and feedback.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain program operations, ensure compliance with MECA policies and state requirements.
• Provide ongoing coaching and technical assistance to staff.
• Monitor caseloads and service delivery; ensure timely services and accurate documentation.
• Support family-centered, culturally responsive service delivery; collaborate with community partners.
• Communicate program updates with leadership and other departments; participate in meetings.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
