Pathways In Education is seeking an ESL Teacher for the Humboldt Park location in Chicago. This role requires an ESL endorsement and involves delivering a personalized program aligned with district Dual Language models.

The teacher will implement curriculum, track progress, and support student well-being. The ideal candidate will maintain lesson plans, perform formative/summative ESL assessments, and communicate with parents and school leadership.

Qualifications

• Illinois ESL endorsement or approval required.
• Experience teaching ESL in grades 9-12 preferred.
• Strong communication with students, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized ESL instruction aligned with district models.
• Maintain up-to-date lesson plans and monitor student progress.
• Assess ESL outcomes and communicate with Principal and parents.
