TimeDoc Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist for fully remote work across the United States. You will make outbound calls to eligible patients, educate them about CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs, and guide them through enrollment with a focus on compassionate, compliant service.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, experienced in customer service or healthcare outreach, and able to manage multiple systems remotely while meeting daily enrollment goals.

Position Highlights

*** MUST BE SPANISH/ENGLISH BILINGUAL SPEAKING**

• Schedule: Contractor needs to be available for live client support during these peak hours(below). Current need for contractors who can consistently work 30–40 hours per week.
• Contractors may live in any U.S. time zone.

** Please review our target scheduling needs before applying:

• Core Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Tuesday through Friday.
• Peak Power Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
• Calling Hours (based on the patient's local time):
  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
• Availability for the upcoming two months must be submitted by the 15th of each month.

Compensation

• $15.00 per hour
• $15.00 for each successful patient enrollment

Remote Work Requirements

• Dedicated, quiet, professional workspace.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Personal laptop or desktop computer (no tablets or Chromebooks).
• Computer should be no more than 2–3 years old and equipped with at least an Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent) to support required software and systems.
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications while speaking with patients.

Training

Training is provided during your first week.

Training Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with patients.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
