Purpose Statement: Under the direction of the Child Development teacher, demonstrates and applies fundamental knowledge of child development to facilitate daily activities and experiences for children that support school readiness following federal, state and COE guidelines.

Education: High School Diploma and Associate Teacher Permit or Associate of Arts degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or related field. Must meet Title 22 licensing standards.

Experience: Previous successful experience in Early Care and Education Programs within the last three years preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for this position.
